In any other state (besides CA) do you have to pay extra to get your marriage certificate?

I don't mean the marriage license. I mean after the ceremony and the license has been recorded, don't they send you your certificate for free?In any other state (besides CA) do you have to pay extra to get your marriage certificate?
Yes, at least in Texas they do. You pay about $20 something for your marriage liscence, after waiting 3 days you can get married and have the ceremony and all that jazz, and then they mail it to you about 2-3 weeks later. You pay only once, for the liscence and it includes the ceritificate getting mailed to you once all is recorded and official. In any other state (besides CA) do you have to pay extra to get your marriage certificate?
They don't send it to you for free in Nevada. You have to pay $10 (at least that was the fee when I ordered mine) to get a certified copy of the marriage certificate. The copy they give you is not certified and cannot be used for things like changing your name.
Obviously it varies by state.

In Texas, it's free and comes in the mail. And I'm talking about the certificate, not the license.
A Canadian marriage certificate costs $50.
Most do. Double check. Sometimes they are just poky about sending it out.
