Can illegals become legal in the US through marriage?

My friend went to the US without a visa or gettng inspected by INS or border conrol(im not gonna get into this u can imagin how) now he wants to et married to his fiance... Can that really work and can he becoe legal like this ?Can illegals become legal in the US through marriage?
No. It's 100% impossible for a person who entered the United States as you describe (uninspected) to adjust status. The only way to do it is for the illegal to return home and process the paperwork from there.

If your friend gets married and tries to process the paperwork with him here the CIS will refuse and instruct him to return home for his visa interview.

It will not be easy. He'll need a waiver of inadmissibility due to his illegal status before they give him a visa to come back. Can illegals become legal in the US through marriage?
NO

in fact marriage to a US citizen just causes more problems.
No you need to go back to Mexico and come back legally to be considered a legal American. Sorry
Nope
no human being is illegal
NEVER. Those who enter the US illegally cannot get any legal status by any mean AND he will also be barred from entering the US for at least 10 years. Sorry!
not a hope.tell him to go home where he belongs.
What your friend would have to do is get back over to Mexico and have his fiance go to Mexico and marry him there or fill out the paperwork to get married in America. If he marries a US citizen he would become a citizen by marriage. There is absolutley no problem getting back into Mexico without being checked if you do it in San Diego.
Is there something about the word ';illegal'; that you do not understand?

The sheriff in Phoenix is arresting Illegals he catches. They are no longer welcome in the state of Oklahoma. By virtue of the fact the person entered the USA illegally, he/she broke the law designed to protect our border. Marriage will not keep a bank robber out of jail.
No and if they get caught they are subject to a 5-10 year ban
No.
