Nullification, on the other hand, is a process that stops the marriage from continuing because it is null and void or invalid from the start. Annulment and Nullification (Null is the key word ) are the same in the Philippines , it just says that the marriage from the beginning is null and void because one of the partner has Psychological incapacity to contract the marriage (before the marriage that partner has already exhibit y that incapacity ) or that some requirement like permission of parent for minors was not obtained , some documentary requirement was not fulfilled before the marriage.
